Write as clearly as possible! Do not use vague words and terms as far as possible! Avoid terms that can be interpreted in more than one way! For example, do not use the term \u2018establishment\u2019 in Pakistani context if you want to say the Pakistani army or military!<\/p>\n

Make sure you do not plagiarize! If you quote a person\/source, use \u201c\u201d to make it clear! Try to avoid quoting unnamed sources like \u2018sources said that\u2026\u2019 Try to identify the sources to the extent possible \u2013 if you cannot identify a source, you can write something like \u2018an official of the XYZ company who is not authorized to speak on behalf of the company but has the knowledge of the event\u2026<\/p>\n

When writing about a person, use the official name and spelling \u2013 PPP chairperson\u2019s name is Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and not just Bilawal Zardari. Many names can be spelled differently. Make sure you use the spelling used by the owner \u2013 like Imran is also spelled like Emran and Pervez is also spelled Pervaiz.<\/p>\n
